For custom pieces, production begins after full payment and confirmation of your specifications.
A considered fit
When measurements or reference images are needed, our team sends a private invitation. Follow the guidance provided for your piece; we review and confirm the specifications with you by email before production.
Allow time for your piece
Custom pieces are estimated to dispatch 7–30 business days after both full payment and specification confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China. Carrier transit time is additional and confirmed for your destination.
